Sales Ops Coordinator

About the Role

The Proposal/Development Coordinator will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our Business Development team and Delivery team (product, design, tech) to ensure that Sidebench always sets and delivers upon consistent expectations with client partners. They will have a deep understanding of our core offerings and will be able to deliver high-quality internal reports and client-facing proposals.

They will lead the overall planning, organization, and production of proposals, SOWs, RFP responses, quotes, and other sales materials as needed. These efforts will require strong communication skills, creativity, excellent project management skills, and an ability to use existing technical knowledge to quickly develop a deep understanding of our unique strategy, design, and development frameworks. The ideal individual will be able to organize, prioritize and complete their work in a timely manner while thoughtfully managing the internal resources necessary to promote efficiency and ensure consistent expectations across all parties.

Responsibilities

    • Ownership and maintenance of the CRM
    • Assisting finance and operations teams by drafting/amending proposals and RFP responses
    • Qualifying and distributing inbound leads
    • Analysis and reporting on sales activity, team performance, and account financials
    • Reporting process improvement
    • Developing strategic email campaigns, marketing materials, and other outbound strategies in tandem with the business development team to reach potential clients
    • Aid in designing the communication strategy with potential clients
    • Administrate and improve team use of internal tools (HubSpot, Crunchbase Pro, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, UpWork staffing)
    • Schedule meetings, support the BD and Account teams, and prepare client-facing material preparation
    • Streamline communications between the business development team, the delivery team and client stakeholders
    • ?Maintain proposal milestone schedules including review dates, kickoff meetings and due dates
    • Track and provide key sales metrics for the business development team and synthesize our learnings on a regular basis

Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience at a software development services firm or consulting firm in a sales-focused role
    • Consulting firm, design/development agency, or technical business services experience is a plus
    • Experience working in Hubspot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM
    • Strategic thinking and creative writing skills
    • Ability to build rapport with both prospects & internal teams; a team-oriented culture champion
    • Strong organization and prioritization skills with immaculate attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks without anything slipping through the cracks
